Balancing home life and working life as a mum can be challenging and I find myself feeling the inevitable mum guilt “am I spending enough quality time with my kids”, but working for an employer who values your skills, promotes flexibility and creates a supportive work culture, has made my life easier.
MAYDAY allows me to work a 4 day week and gives me the flexibility to work from home, so I feel lucky that I get to do some of the school drop-offs and pickups.
