Vanessa began her career in recruitment with MAYDAY in early 2017, quickly scaling from rookie to Consultant, while training newbies entering the business and industry.
In 2020, Vanessa stepped into an official Trainer position, and in 2021 she co-developed MAYDAY’s Future Recruiter external rookie training program along-side the Director team. She has co-created and facilitated 3 webinars for the RCSA, has been instrumental in developing and facilitating advanced Recruiter courses, alongside optimising and hosting leadership and sales training programs with Elevate Corporate Training.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Vanessa scoping out great restaurants, playing with her pups Harry and Gus-Gus or devouring books on behavioural science.
