About Bianca

Originally from the UK, Bianca started her recruitment journey with MAYDAY back in 2017 and she is still proudly waving the MAYDAY flag. She started as a resourcer and has worked her way up.

As a Temp Consultant she specialised in Insurance and volume recruits. However, after returning from maternity leave, she is now a Senior Permanent Consultant. Her focus is all things commercial and she takes immense pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates – her approach is distinguished by a genuine care factor.

In her spare time, she can be found at the beach and discovering new places with her little boy, Kai. Additionally, she values spending quality time with friends, enjoying child-free moments.
